How long is the Nectar Sleep trial period?
We offer a 365-night Home Trial, giving you a full year to decide if Nectar is right for you. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we will pick up the mattress and provide a full refund.
What does the Forever Warranty cover?
Our Forever Warranty guarantees the quality of your mattress for as long as you own it. We cover defects in workmanship and materials, including impressions greater than 1.5 inches.
How is the mattress shipped and delivered?
Nectar mattresses are compressed and shipped in a manageable box directly to your door. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States, and most orders arrive within 2-5 business days.
Do I need to flip my Nectar mattress?
No, Nectar mattresses are designed with a specific multi-layer construction and should not be flipped. We recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees every 6 months for even wear.
What type of bed frame works best with a Nectar mattress?
Nectar works on any firm, flat surface. This includes box springs, divans, slatted bases (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), or even the floor.
